Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management

Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management Offers Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management (BTHM) (4–Year Honors Degree) under the Faculty of Business and Economics.

Eligibility for Admission:

A higher secondary certificate or its equivalent in Science, Arts, Commerce or other field of study is the basic educational requirement. Candidates having at least 2.5 GPA in both SSC & HSC level may apply for admission.

Graduation Requirement:

To obtain the Degree student must have to complete 130 credits with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 on a scale of 4.00. If any student fails in any course he/she will get the opportunity to improve the grade by retaking the same in the subsequent semester.

Duration of the program:

Total duration of the program is 4 (four) years. Semester system will be followed in this program. There will be 3 (three) semester in a year. Each semester will be of 4 (four) months duration.

Grading System: UGC guided uniform grading system will be followed.
